Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Exchanges are only available in the rare event that an item arrives damaged. If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement.

We cannot accept returns of used or opened products under any circumstances.
